7nine created a strategic employee engagement campaign with the primary aim to get as many employees to shout out about what procedures and policies are making their working life difficult. We helped OUP to launch Complexity Killer. Teaser emails linked to a short video and an online typeform were used to collect the data. With over 1000 responses from around the world the data was then illustrated as infographics to show employees what measures will be taken to improve how people work.

The response was a success – 1,099 ideas from 727 employees across 38 different countries.
